Origin: [A weathergirl in a big city (Trayd). This would be easiest for meeting people, as I'd be used to interaction with all kinds.] Wisknort was born in the middle of metropolis, used to the hustle and bustle. Her mother was a weather forecaster (her father was a simple courier), a slightly unusual position, but the town loved the predictions (and her appearance), so she was popular. As she got older, and Wisknort came of age, the duty was passed over, and Wisknort was moderately well-received by her mother's fans (and their children). Of course, not everybody was so keen, and so over time others decided to try their hand at this kind of popularity. The legacy left by her mother wasn't enough to carry her, and Wisknort ended up relegated to second place behind her cousin, with his charm and superior predictions. Wisknort's parents eventually moved to the country, unable to resist the call of the open air, unadulterated by guards. Wisknort visited regularly, similarly constricted. As a regular traveller, she learned basic defence, and now carries a small assortment of weapons. However, one day when returning home, Wisknort sensed a storm brewing, a deadly one. Panicking, she planned a much more circuitous route home, warning all who would listen along the way. In particular, she happened upon a small girl and decided to carry her to safety. By the time they got there, they were already friends. [TODO] Some time later, the routine getting to her, Wisknort quit her job and sought to wander the world, to see all the sights she could see. Packing heavier than usual, she put her back to the city, unsure if she'd ever return. But if she did, she'd make sure she had a hell of a story to tell. That fame would be hers again. Rejected origins: A spotter/scout for her tribe. Tasked with keeping track of weather patterns and suchlike to call safe routes. Maybe less of a tribe and more of a mountain temple; although a good spotter, Wisknort didn't join in with the religious side of it, and eventually left for more interesting pastures. Still, home is home. Maybe came from skycastle, as a sentinel there.
